Let's talk about e-courses. If there's one thing I've appreciated most about my chance to work from home for the last six years it's been the opportunity to grow creatively. I've been able to explore my favorite mediums, enhance my skills, and collaborate with fellow creatives on a range of projects. I'm so thankful for the ways this has shaped our family's lifestyle and literally filled our home with special things-patchwork quilts, customized kids' decor, and vintage finds that I'm able to utilize in our home no matter how many times we move!
I've been able to share all the things I've learned through a handful of e-courses that taught me new things in and of themselves as I organized my thoughts into step-by-step projects and lessons. I have enjoyed hearing back from students who have taken them about how it gave them the confidence to start their first quilt or finally tackle the arrangement of a particularly tricky room in their home. While writing and selling these e-courses have been one element of how I help contribute to our family's finances, they've also helped us appreciate the value of handmade.
I highly value creativity and love to encourage others in their own which is why I'm offering five lucky winners their choice of one of the following e-courses: Style Your Space, Baby On The Way, or Modern Patchwork.
Style Your Space is geared towards those who want a little guidance in helping pull a room together and shares things I've learned about decorating and rearranging through the many moves we've made over the last five years. It also includes a few projects to help make your space a little more special on a budget.
Baby On The Way is full of sewing projects to help customize your child's nursery or shared room. It starts with simple sewing projects and builds up to a few more challenging ones such as the herringbone crib quilt I design specifically for this class.
Modern Patchwork is another sewing course designed to encourage creativity in sewing projects for your home while using up some of that fabric stash. Projects were again designed to help beginning sewers build confidence through a range of projects starting with the basics and getting more challenging along the way. Another great course for anyone looking to grow in their sewing skills.
To be one of the five lucky winners of one of my e-courses of your choice:
* Pin one of the three e-courses above to one of your Pinterest boards.
* Tweet about the giveaway.
* Share it on FB.
Do any or all of these (leave a comment for each) for one or more chances to win an e-course! I'll be choosing all five winners next week and sharing them on Twitter and here. Be sure to leave a way for me to contact you if you've won!
Style Your Space, Baby On The Way, and Modern Patchwork (among other co-written e-courses) have been really special projects to have worked on and I'm so excited to continue to share them with my readers.
Have you taken one of the above e-courses? I'd love to hear what you thought!
-Rachel
