Learning
-How to push pause on the workload and just be with my kids
-How to jump back in to the workload even when I'd rather just play all afternoon
-How to rest (this will be a life long challenge, I think)
Getting Better
-At remembering to take pictures of all three kids together
-At making french bread
-At working a baseball hat on non-shower days
Celebrating
-My first and second weaving workshop of the year coming up soon (yay!)
-Brett finishing his first year of grad school
-Surviving Brett's first year of grad school
-A trip to Disney World that's RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER (Thanks, Grandparents!)
Needing
-To text my friends and tell them I miss them
-To find myself some cute walking around all day shoes for vacation
-White walls in my house. Just kidding, I have no room to complain. But if someone wanted to paint my walls warm white, I'm just saying I wouldn't be mad.
Has summer started for you yet? My kids are enjoying the freedom and so far I am, too!!!
-Rachel
Hi Rachel! I love that loom that you are using! Would you mind please providing a link to where you got it? I've been looking for a larger one. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Clarks shoes enough. When I was diagnosed with RA, my rheumatologist recommended Clarks. "You spend quite a bit of time on your feet for work, so you need shoes which provide support and comfort." I was skeptical. Then I was aghast. Have you seen how expensive those are on the Clarks web site? BUUUUUTTTT...I broke down and bought a pair. I have never looked back. ALL my shoes, including my sandals are Clarks. JCPenney always has older styles on sale, it seems, and I just got another pair a couple weeks ago. My first pair were from a JCPenney store near me. Clarks also seem to be in outlet malls and that cuts the price down further.
They wear like cast iron and are so comfortable. I wore Clarks when I visited Disneyland back in November. Two days on my feet and it wasn't my feet that were tired. Good luck finding good shoes and have a wonderful, wonderful time.

I LOVE Josef Seibel shoes!! They usually sell them at Dillard's or online of course. I have worn them for 4 years now A LOT. Always comfortable. Even got a new pair two days before a big trip and they did great, didn't even need to break them in. And some cute styles! Kelly
